I got to where I am by focusing on constant improvement and by finding and listening to good mentors. Many people helped me along the way. I wanted to be a surgeon initially, but a wrestling injury in high school led me to a chiropractor who helped me more than any doctor was able to.
I got to where I am by focusing on constant improvement and by finding and listening to good mentors. Many people helped me along the way. I wanted to be a surgeon initially, but a wrestling injury in high school led me to a chiropractor who helped me more than any doctor was able to. I changed career paths based on that and went to Chiropractic School instead. I'm from Brick, New Jersey and went to school in Rhode Island and the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. I am a proud citizen of Wilmington since 2008. I surf, have a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, father to two boys, loves the outdoors, camping, rock climbing, and hiking. I was a Division 1 rower in college, and have given lectures, workshops, and admin seminars on health, wellness, and injury prevention to over 4000 people.
